Simple + affordable

On our subscription plans, you can request an unlimited amount of work, revisions and associated website optimisation. You can only have one active request at a time and we are constrained by human hours in the day, but if you request it, we will do our absolute best to deliver.

We created our own platform which allows clients to setup their accounts and make work requests, such as a branding sprint or new website. It also streamlines the communication/revision process and allows clients to manage their subscriptions.

Yep you absolutely can, although we're very proud that this has yet to happen. If you for whatever reason, no longer require our services, you can cancel your subscription yourself via your account. We'll deliver any work we've been working on, but don't offer a partial refund for unused time in a month already paid for.

No, however some projects do incur costs which are beyond the scope of our design + development plans. For example, if we design and develop a new website for you, there is an associated hosting cost which can be paid via your account.

Of course. You can upgrade/downgrade, pause or cancel your plan via your account at any point.

It can, however we haven't yet changed the price that any existing clients pay. If a plans price does change, we will give you at least one months notice, meaning you can choose to go to the new price or cancel your plan.
