AI-Powered bundle analysis - revolutionising case preparation
LegalWonder users report saving 3.5 hours on average for every case they do
Lawyers have to read huge bundles in advance of every case. This process is arduous, long and requires huge amounts of data retention.
Spydr partnered with a law firm to solve this key problem. Using an agentic workflow, advanced case analysis can now be done in a few minutes, rather than hours. Furthermore, through an intuitive chat interface, lawyers can chat with their cases, allowing them faster access to specific information that might otherwise take hours to find.
We delivered a full product PoC - from branding, initial research and UX to agentic workflows, training custom models and payment integrations.

Architected to be private through and through
Problem:
Given the high-sensitive content of cases uploaded by users, the platform needed to adhere to extremely high-standards to data security + not retain sensitive data.
Solution:
We designed the LegalWonder system so that the processing of case content is both encrypted and ephemeral. As soon as the system has finished processing the case, it removes all traces of the document. Furthermore, our encryption algorithms mean that we cannot see the content in a bundle and operate a zero-data retention (ZDR) policy across all elements of our processing system.

Rapid prototyping driven by research and user feedback
Following our agile process, we were able to quickly deliver new features and alterations to the platform very quickly - often in a few days, rather than weeks or months. This allowed adoption to remain really high as users felt heard and that their input really mattered.
As rich, qualitative feedback came in from users, we were able to build out a detailed, qualified roadmap of features that were of high value. Post launch, we then tackled the roadmap, shipping updates to the platform on a near daily basis.
