Project Manager
As our businesses has grown, managing projects + clients has become more complex. We're looking for an organised individual with great communication skills and some understanding of the digital world.
The Role + Responibilities
We have always believed that people skills are fundamental to the success of any business. With an ever expanding client roster, we are looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual preferably with some digital know-how, to help manage our client projects.
You will be responsible for communicating with clients, understanding the brief and ensuring the project runs smoothly throughout.
We would love your role to expand into product management if desired to help shape the strategic vision and work delivered for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the client relationship. Understand their core business objective and help translate this into effective project strategies, roadmaps and reviews.
- Develop project + resource plans across design, development and testing into an agreed project plan.
- Translation of any technical issues/language to ensure full client comprehension.
- Provide reports on project KPIs for internal and client use.
- Drive internal innovation to ensure we are working to our full potential.
The Person
Ideally, you will be a digitally minded individual who is motivated to deliver great work. You have top-notch communication skills and are confident managing client relationships.
Skills + Requirements
- Based in the UK (+ able to commute to Bristol)
- Talented communicator who is able to effectively manage client relationships
- Able to demonstrate basic digital comprehension
- Positive + enthusiastic individual
- Confident leading client meetings + providing progress reports
- Curious and driven to learn new skills
