About this tool

A local sports club needed a clearer picture of river conditions before sessions. Water levels change quickly after rain, and the Environment Agency publishes the data, to a slow and complex government website.

We built a live dashboard wired to the nearest EA monitoring station. It pulls qualified readings every fifteen minutes and charts the last 24 hours, seven days, or thirty days on a single view. Coaches set upper and lower safe limits; when a level is armed and crosses either bound, alerts go out by email.

The interface above is the same tool in production. Users review the current reading, check the trend, and export a PDF summary when a call is made. That replaced manual EA checks and ad hoc messages with one trusted source.

We went from brief to live in one week. The demo uses the same live EA feed as production; alert delivery is disabled here so you can explore the interface without sending real notifications.
