About this tool
SafeState needed a breach-checking experience that matched their security brand: fast, trustworthy, + clear about what happens to the data you enter. We built this checker as a self-contained widget that slots into their marketing collateral, including the Dark Web Monitor product page.
The checker is the public-facing entry point to that capability. Prospects enter an email or domain and see real exposure: passwords, credentials, + sensitive data already out on the dark web. It mirrors the live prompt on SafeState's site: what has already been found for your business? The goal is instant proof of value before a partner or end customer commits.
Behind the interface sits SafeState's proprietary breach database. Their scanners monitor the public web, deep web, + dark web around the clock, collecting billions of records that are categorised + matched against customer domains. Results are PCI-compliant and aligned with what paying subscribers see inside the platform, with AI used to classify severity and guide next steps.
We originally built the breach intelligence engine for SafeWeb, where it now protects 145k+ UK SMBs and processes billions of data points every month. The same capability powers SafeState's Nasdaq-listed platform for resellers across hosting, telecoms, + insurance.
