The role
Spydr is seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with clients and team members to deliver innovative digital solutions that exceed client expectations.

Day to day
What you'll own
The work sits across client products, from the first requirement through to release.
- 01Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- 02Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- 03Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities
- 04Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on project status
- 05Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- 06Gather and document client requirements and feedback
- 07Oversee the day-to-day management of projects from initiation to completion
- 08Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
- 09Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- 10Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- 11Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- 12Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication among team members
- 13Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
- 14Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
- 15Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- 16Track project performance and identify areas for improvement

- 01Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role in a digital agency or tech environment
- 02Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- 03Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 04Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- 05Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- 06Proficiency with project management software
- 07Familiarity with software product development processes and technologies
- 08Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
